J. M. Bask has been making up stories for so long she doesn’t know when she started. For all of her love of writing, she despises anything biographical because she doesn’t know what it is you want to know.

Do you want to know her favorite food? Books? Hobbies? Color? Do you care if she’s married and has kids? Does it matter where she lives if she’s only going to give a vague idea anyway? Well, if you must…

Tacos for dinner and eclairs for dessert. Anything well written, from One Hundred Years of Solitude to IT to The Glass Castle. (If you want to know if she likes a book or if she’s even read it, well that’s what the contact form is for) J.M. obviously likes reading, but is fond of knitting as well. She is married with two kids, one very hairy dog that might actually be a marshmallow, one very pudgy cat that is almost certainly a loaf of burnt sourdough, and one tiny cat that is definitely a muffin. All shades of green, but especially the gem tones like jade and emerald. And finally, she resides in a suburb of Charlotte, North Carolina. One that may or may not have a werewolf living in it. Also, the werewolf may or may not be her.

And you didn’t ask, but she wants you to know that bowties are cool.
